M. Green, together with the other named appellants, guilty of both of said offenses, and thereafter, he was, by the judgment of the Court, sentenced to imprisonment in a penitentiary for the term of thirty months, and, jointly with the appellant, Joseph H. Green, to pay a fine of twenty five hundred dollars. This appeal is from that judgment.
