Bachelorarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich BWL - Rechnungswesen, Bilanzierung, Steuern, Note: 2,3, Hochschule Ludwigshafen am Rhein, 60 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Steigende internationale Investmenttatigkeiten der Unternehmen sowie die zunehmende Globalisierung der Kapitalmarkte rufen bei deutschen Unternehmen eine Anpassung ihrer Rechnungslegungsstandards an die internationalen Vorschriften hervor. Investoren, Glaubiger wie auch Kunden oder Lieferanten erwarten international vergleichbare Abschlusse, um die Situation der Unternehmen realistisch einschatzen und beurteilen zu konnen. Ende 1985 wurde die durch die Europaische Gemeinschaft verabschiedete 4., 7. und 8. EG- Richtlinie mit dem Bilanzrichtliniengesetz in nationales Recht umgewandelt. Ziel war die Harmonisierung des Gesellschafts- und Kapitalmarktrechts und eine hohere Vergleichbarkeit des Rechnungswesens innerhalb der EU- Mitgliedstaaten. Durch das Kapitalaufnahmeerleichterungsgesetz (KapAEG) von 1998 und die Aufnahme des 292 a HGB in das deutsche Bilanzrecht wurde es fur kapitalmarktorientierte Unter-nehmen erstmals moglich, einen befreienden Konzernabschluss nach internationalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften zu erstellen. Seit dem 01.01.2005 (Ubergangsfrist bis 2007) mussen nun alle kapitalmarktorientierten Unternehmen aufgrund der Verordnung des Europaischen Parlaments und des Europaischen Rates von 2002 ihren Konzernab-schluss zwingend nach den International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) erstellen. Die Bilanzierung immaterieller Vermogenswerte ist von dauerhafter Aktualitat. Bereits 1979 bezeichnete Moxter die immateriellen Anlagewerte als "ewige Sorgenkinder der Rechnungslegung." Durch den Wandel von einer Industrie- zu einer Dienstleistungs- und Hochtechnologiegesellschaft werden immaterielle Werte im Vergleich zu materiellen Produktionsfaktoren immer wichtiger.
