The genealogical material in the State Library is always available to the researchers. Besides the material in the library the North Carolina Historical Commission has many original marriage bonds, deeds, wills, etc., from the various counties of the State. The Land Grant Office has in its possession the land grants from the counties.

Our biennial report of 1926-1928; 1934-1936 had a complete biblio graphy Of all general genealogy State, County and Family histories, mili tary rosters, newspaper clippings and magazine articles to be found in the library.

In the following pages will be found all the additions to this material which have been added since the last reports.
