China has built new bases to control the South China Sea and is rapidly expanding its military strength. North Korea is also flexing its muscles and has threatened military action against the United States. Now China wants to direct its efforts toward controlling the Cape Sea Route by extending its influence into South Africa through Zimbabwe. President Wilson of the United States is concerned about China's growing influence and attempts to slow expansion into Southern Africa by establishing diplomatic relations with Zimbabwe. Two United States emissaries are imprisoned and tortured in Zimbabwe so President Wilson sends Kyle Ross and SEAL Team 3 to rescue the emissaries. The emissaries are rescued and President Mugabe of Zimbabwe is enraged. Working with President Kim Yong-un of North Korea the two premiers plan what could be devastating terror attacks against the people of the United States. Tens of thousands are at risk and the ingenious plot moves forward with the help of Zimbabwe students living in the United States.
