Fibromyalgia affects millions of Americans, and 20 times more women than men. Women in the 20 - 60 age range are most at risk. The cause of fibromyalgia is unknown, there is no cure and in addition, it is not well understood. I have also included a list of herbal and vitamin supplements which have been shown to be beneficial for fibromyalgia sufferers. In addition, I have also included chapters on exercise, and how to cope with the condition. This book is intended for anyone who is suffering from fibromyalgia, or an individual who feels that they may have the symptoms and wish to learn more about the condition. It is also a useful textbook for anyone who is researching the condition for whatever purpose.
