Monèle LeStrat stars in this suspenseful horror. Following the death of her parents, Fawn Harriman (LeStrat) discovers she has inherited a disused theatre in America's notorious town of Amityville. Hoping to explore her new acquisition, Fawn invites a group of friends to spend the weekend there with her. But the party soon realise they are not alone in the old playhouse. Meanwhile, one of Fawn's high school teachers (Gary Martin) begins his own investigation into Amityville's past and uncovers some startling revelations about the town's locals which lead him to believe he must save Fawn and her imperiled friends.
