About the Author: Dr. Engle earned law degrees in the USA (JD) France (DEA) and Germany (LL.M., Dr.Jur.) and has taught law in France (Nanterre) Germany (Bremen, Humboldt), Estonia (Tartu), Russia (Pericles) Ukraine (Fulbright, Kharkiv) and Bosnia (Fulbright, Sarajevo). He worked as a legal research aid at Harvard Law School. He passed the New York Bar on his first attempt and has authored and edited many books on law.
