Publisher's Synopsis
After botching a robbery in New Orleans, Milo (Gary Sinise), Dova (Matt Dillon) and Law (William Fichtner) are caught in a shoot-out with the Feds. Milo is wounded, and the trio take refuge in a basement bar, murdering the owner when he tries to pull a gun on them. They hold the customers and barmaid Janet (Faye Dunaway) hostage, but the building is surrounded by the FBI. However, unbeknownst to the robbers, this FBI presence is in fact for a man in the bar named Guy, who is wanted for arms dealing.
