Publisher's Synopsis
Two kids witness a gang murder. TJ grows up to be a notorious gang leader, Jeremy a drunken country boy degenerate gambler that wins the lottery. They meet again by chance and become best friends as the city is on the verge of government fueled gang war. Their friendship is tested as they wind up on the run and in the middle of it all.
