In the United States alone, approximately 102,188 people die from diabetes in the year 2020. Worldwide, approximately 1,500,000 people died from diabetes in year 2020. Is conventional medicine working to fight diabetes that attack and murder by the millions each year? In my humble opinion, NO. I am not a doctor nor work in healthcare. Here are a few healthcare alternatives of the 99+ known to 'prevent, fight and kill diabetes.'- Ceylon Cinnamon: On page 105, a cinnamon native to Sri Lanka (South Asia) is called Ceylon Cinnamon (meaning - True Cinnamon). It's noted to be more beneficial in controlling blood sugar as compared to the commonly used cinnamon. Studies demonstrated that pre-diabetics and Type 2 Diabetics that consumed Ceylon cinnamon had their blood glucose lowered significantly as compared to consuming regular store bought cinnamon.
- Chromium Picolinate: Chromium picolinate is an essential trace mineral which facilitates the action of insulin, glucose and protein and fat metabolism. Chromium picolinate is noted to enhance the body's sensitivity to insulin and may reduce blood glucose levels thus reducing complications from diabetes (page 111).
- Diabetes Risk Reducer: According to a study, people with Type 2 Diabetes dropped their blood sugar levels by 13%. How? They soaked in a hot tub of 102-degrees F. for 30-minutes, 06-days a week for 03-weeks. This hot soaking increases blood circulation - thus dropping blood sugar levels (page 133).
- Fast Food Restaurants Are Slowly KILLING YOU: I won't name any of the Fast Food Restaurants cause I don't want to get sued, but you know the Fast Food Restaurants I'm talking about. Their food is no doubt SUPER DELICIOUS! But the foods are LOADED with fat and sugar. LOADED with too much fat and sugar. LOADED with way too much fat and sugar. And if you visit those Fast Food Restaurants on a regular basis - YOU'RE ASKING FOR IT! I'm no hypocrite, I myself visit a Fast Food Restaurant now and then but not every single day (page 150).
