Publisher's Synopsis
Health indicators such as number of alcoholic drinks per day, BMI, hours exercised, following a "good" diet correlate with longevity. However, they themselves are just a marker of good health. Changing these markers does not make you healthier. Changing these markers doesn't change who you are on the inside. Changing these markers does not affect your body DNA quality. Buying an expensive purse or car doesn't make you rich, but it makes you look rich. As the body breaks down with aging, something has to go first, and these indicators are just the first to go.
