Of course, we all know how to fry eggs, make omelets, and most likely hardboiled eggs. We want to take you to another level, make you use eggs in different ways, some very surprising but always delicious. We will also give you some insights on the health benefits or nutritional value of our start ingredient, eggs. Remember, an egg is laid by female animals, but not only by chickens. Many others do also lay eggs, including snakes, fishes, other birds, to name only a few. We will only suggest using chicken eggs in the cookbook, but feel free to experiment if you happen to pass by an ostrich. Eggs are one of the first items you will learn to cook in your life. Again, because eggs can be a survival food, no matter what age you are, and a nutritious one too. We are not alone to think so. Apparently, over 60 million metric tons of eggs are produced every year worldwide. That is a lot of eggs!!!
