Publisher's Synopsis
The rotator cuff is a collection of 4 muscle tissues that come collectively as tendons to shape a "cuff" over the head of the humerus (top arm bone). The 4 muscle tissues supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis and teres minor originate from the scapula (shoulder blade). The rotator cuff tendons attach to the pinnacle of the humerus in unique spots referred to as the greater and lesser tuberosities.
