We use them on sandwiches or in dips. Some are great over grilled or cooked meats and served with fresh or cooked vegetables. Specialty relishes and condiments have gotten so expensive at the grocery store. They are easy to make and will keep refrigerated for several days to several weeks. Relishes are also a great way to use up fresh produce in your refrigerator. Flavored butters can be used on most anything. Sweet and savory butters are included. Use on potatoes, vegetables, cooked meats, pancakes, waffles, muffins, biscuits, breads and more.
