Publisher's Synopsis

After Harold Soyinka realized that he is being cheated on by his wife and company, you would expect that the movie Gringo would end up being a sob fest. Well, it turned out differently; Gringo was a drug cartel movie instead.

The movie saw Promethium Pharmaceuticals send 3 of its employees to Mexico for a rendezvous with their partners in Mexico. Things got messy, 2 of the employees escape from Mexico while one of them remains in Mexico. This employee that stayed back was Harold Soyinka.

Following the realization that his company was going to lay him off and his wife was adulterous, he figured there was no reason to return to America. So, he stayed back to defraud his company by plotting a fake kidnap. Unfortunately, this fake kidnap became a real kidnap, and everything got very bad quickly.

All through his ordeal in Mexico till the moment he faked his death with the help of Angel, he probably never had a bad meal. It was almost as if even if his body was kidnapped his taste just would not give in. For this reason, we give you 30 of the best American-Mexican recipes that Harold Soyinka and the other characters in Gringo would eat.
