Publisher's Synopsis
Kim (temper-prone martial arts Master) and her brother Paul (nerdy science buff), discover a stranger called Wandu (sword wielding, minimal-conversationalist, extremely aggressive), who claims to come from another world. True, her eyes do change color, and she knows absolutely nothing about Earth customs, but is she telling the truth or not? This question is finally answered when Paul invents a method to hunt down an intra-dimensional doorway. Unfortunately, this leads to all sorts of complications and farcical adventures, many of which prove to be hair-raisingly terrifying, especially when Paul, Kim and Wandu are confronted by a band of vengeance-seeking, sword-waving bandits, plus a bevy of magicians, wielding deadly energy wands. Survival is often in the balance as Kim and Paul explore and brawl their way across the new world. The main question occupying their thoughts is: Will they stay alive long enough to make their way back to Earth? Or will Wandu's impulsiveness end up by dooming them all?
