Roar: Battle for Cortaan, the Roleplaying Game is a fast-paced RPG that focuses on players customizing powerful heroes and battling for dominance. Each unique BattleScript contains background and reference material to play the game and become the hero you wish to be. Begin your quest as a novitiate, and if you survive, ascend to take the mantle of godhood. However, there will be many that will wish to usurp your power and will not stop until your name is erased from history. Choose a hero from the world of a thousand gods, Theia, or create your own. Command the terrible powers of the dead as a Necromancer. Lead warriors into battle as a brave Knight. Call on the power of the gods themselves as a priestly Chaplain. Follow the call of the wild as a lone Hunter. There are many paths to choose from; either way, it will be your choices that decide the fate of Cortaan and the world.
Bestial howls erupt from raw throats as the Savage Priests lead their packs on wild hunts and fervent prayers. Animalistic and primitive, these shamans are the cultural and spiritual leaders of their communities.They wield the wildness in their hearts as a weapon, drawing on the primal essence of nature and becoming more animal than man.
As a Savage Priest, you call upon your patrons to give you strength and guidance. Whether it's the bloodthirsty Xoloch, the jaguar God, or The defender of the pride, Apex, Savage Priests begin to take on the aspects of their animal lords.
