Within the pages of this book, I have collected my personal favourite main meal recipes of my Granny's. I always loved to go to my grandparents' house for a home-cooked meal that my Granny had prepared because they were always so yummy!
My Granny would always make sure that we all were well-fed and encouraged us to have second helpings if we so desired. For her, she loved nothing more as it was a compliment to her cooking skills. She was a person that loved to prepare a big family meal and have us all come to her home to have a family reunion of sorts while dining on her special home-cooked dishes that we all loved so much!
In this book, I wanted to share some of that good home cooking by sharing some of my Granny's main meal recipes. I hope that you and your loved ones will enjoy preparing and dining on them as much as I did and still do with my loved ones!
