Publisher's Synopsis
In the British world of archeology, one does not often find oneself in the desert of the American West, but after a set of old tintypes is stolen from McAlister Chance and his wife Zadie by the notorious Morley Von Duggery, Chance Miss Zadie and I are off to find The Wealth in the Eye of the Moon. We are joined by an old friend, Miss Charlotte or Charlee as she prefers and an American Ute named Whitetail. Our adventure takes us from New York to the Grand Canyon to the Rocky Mountains and finally the Cliff Palace of the ancient Anasazi people. What we find there defies belief and turns out to be the most unimaginable treasure trove of wealth ever discovered. The perils are endless and the loss could be great, but a hero can come from places no one would ever imagine and the past can outweigh the present or the future. We learn one very important truth, love knows no bounds, love of one another, love of life and the love of all that is, was and ever will be. Find a comfy chair and pack a lunch, this is going to be an adventure!
