You will not need them, believe me, your quiches won't last that long, they will be eaten up quickly! Also, you can find some frozen versions of quiches made by some known food manufacturers. Sure, that's all good if you can't cook or don't have access to an oven. You can just reheat and get a quick bite to eat. My quiches are not made to get a quick bite to eat. They are succulent and deserve to be eaten slowly or savor, as we say.
