Publisher's Synopsis
Dakoda and her parents moved to Hawaii from Washington when something tragic happened to her twin sister during the summer at a college party. Dakoda was so upset with her parents for moving her to a new state where she knew nobody.
To make matters worse, the locals in Hawaii don't like outsiders and made her life a living hell when she first moved there. Three guys in particular really had it out for her. But she soon won them over when she come up with a plan to have them teach her how to surf in hopes they would back off her, then she ran into a bigger problem with a local girl who though Dakoda was taking her spot in the pro surf games and her three guys. Nobody crosses Harlan and gets away with it.
