Newport and Nye Beach are resort cities where people go to relax and enjoy beautiful scenery. These images are meant to be colored, bringing relaxation and joy to those who do so. Take a trip to the coast with these photographs rendered in extreme black & white. This is not a typical coloring book with bold black lines surrounding white spaces. These images were created from photographs. Spaces are either black or white, so they are abstract, allowing the artist to fill spaces with wonderful, imaginative colors. Sometimes the main subject, such as a seagull, is rendered in black, so the surrounding areas are those to be colored. Either way, it's wonderful stress relief.
