Publisher's Synopsis
Thomas Wilson (born March 29, 1994) is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger for the Washington Capitals of the National Hockey League (NHL). He was selected in the first round, 16th overall, by the Capitals at the 2012 NHL Entry Draft. Wilson won the Stanley Cup with the Capitals in 2018. His style of play is aggressive, with many calling it dirty; he has been suspended four times for dangerous hits to the heads of other players. He began the 2018-19 season with his longest sentence, for a hit in a preseason game for which he was suspended 20 games, of which he sat out 16 before the penalty was reduced (to 14 games).
