Why 3 months? Goals are flexible and circumstances change. You can list all your major long term goals, but as you reflect on these and move towards them, you might find you modify them slightly - or dramatically! After 3 months you can reassess and come up with new goals if you need to, or record your progress and make even bigger goals for the next 3 months!
At the front, you'll find pages to list all your important goals. Then there is a weekly planner/diary for 3 months.
Each week has two additional lined pages for you to record your progress and journal your thoughts and ideas.
There is a also a weekly page for a special project - this can be a different project each week or month or the same one for the whole three months. It can be work-related or personal - perhaps you've finally got around to writing that novel or learning a foreign language!
At the back of the journal you'll find pages to help you reassess your goals and make plans for the spring.
