This book, Seeking And Knowing The Perfect Will Of God, The Need Of The Hour, is a compilation of a series of messages that brother Zacharias Tanee Fomum taught in the church in Yaounde in the year 1992. In this book, the author explains in detail what is meant to be in God's perfect will and what it means to walk in God's permissive will and their respective outcomes.
The will of God is divided in four parts. There is what we can call the decrees of God. In the decrees of God, God will accomplish His purpose irrespective of whether or not He has the cooperation of man. There is also the perfect will of God; that which God has planned out to be His perfect will for those who walk in total obedience to Him. Then there is what could better be called the way of destruction, and the way of destruction is in two Parts: There is what is called the permissive will of God, and the permissive will of God means that God does not bring judgement immediately, but He will judge. In the permissive will of God, things can seem to be going all right with blessings from God, but it is the way of those who have missed God's perfect will.
