Publisher's Synopsis
Ahoy, Me Hearties!
Time to capture this great workbook to encourage your children to read more and stay excited about reading. The "My Reading Log" journal helps kids to track the books they've read and show they've understood and thought about what they are reading.
This pirate-themed notebook is a fun activity book for boys and girls where they can write or draw their feelings about each book to share later with their teachers, class or family. And it's the perfect follow-up to the Summer Reading Challenge, if they took part, to encourage them to keep reading.
Shiver me timbers! The book is perfect for Key Stage 2 (KS2) children but can be used for all primary school children (ages 4-11) with parental help. Questions can apply to fiction and non-fiction books, and loads of white space means that younger children can draw - rather than write - their answers if they prefer. "Look Inside" for a brief view of what you can expect.
