Publisher's Synopsis
Find peace and light through gratitude, scriptures, and goals. As a mother, it can be difficult to take time for personal reflection. The simple layout of this journal makes it easy to focus on your relationship with God for a few minutes a day. Each page has a place to record which scripture verses you studied, your thoughts about the passages, the things you are grateful for, and your goals and intentions for the day. Studies have found that when people focus on gratitude they experience more positive emotions, feel more alive, sleep better, and express more kindness and empathy. This journal can help you on your journey towards more abundant light and peace. Dear Friend and Fellow Mom, Welcome! I am so excited to see you on this journey towards expressing more gratitude, increasing your scripture study, and goal keeping. I love recording my goals, thoughts, impressions, and things I am thankful for, but as a busy mom, I don't have a lot of time to write out pages and pages in a journal. I couldn't quite find a journal I liked, so I made my own! Here are some hints as you use this book. -Be as specific as you can with goals and gratitude. Really focus in on what is important to you! -Don't be afraid to duplicate goals each day. We don't achieve our goals overnight, and sometimes we have to focus on our goals for days, weeks, months or even years before we achieve them. Just make sure you are focusing on them instead of just going through the motions. -As you study your scriptures, make a mental note of what you can write down. It will help you focus on what you are reading and writing. Best Wishes! Erica Millard
