IT is not my intention that the title Of this pam phlet should carry a prohibitive significance. Prob ably some white Americans will read what I have written. The significance of my title is that I am not particularly concerned with whether they do or do not. I am writing directly to my fellow Negro Americans, and on the American question which most deeply affects them.
