Accordingly, the Publications Committee of the Uni versity was approached and soon convinced that one of its bulletins should be set aside for the purpose of a general distribution of the summary of the conference papers. This summary has taken the form of a condensation of the material read and also of the discussion following. Reports of the discussion were furnished by a stenographer, who was present at all sessions.
