Gegebene Eintheilung der ust mit ihren Ursachen welche damit zu Zielen für den Menschen werden, desgleichen ihre Beurtheilung ist ausserordentlich schwach; die Arten der Lust und ihre Ursachen, nach denen die Menschen stre ben, sind viel mannichfaltig;ar (b. Gegen sie aufgeste ten Gründe zeigen schon die einseitige, dem thätigen Leben abgewendete, in das Spe kulative Denken sich verlierende Richtung und trübe Stimmung des Stubengelehrten. Ganz anders denkt sein Lehrer Descartes, welcher sagt (b. XXV. A. "auch "hoffte ich im Verkehr mit den Menschen mein Ziel (die Erforschung der Wahrheit) besser zu erreichen, als wenn ich in das Zimmer, wo ich dies bedacht hatte, mich "län er einschlösse. Ich begab mich deshalb noch vor "en e des Winters wieder auf die Reise und wanderte die folgenden neun Jahre in der Welt umher, wobei ich "indess nur Zuschauer, aber nicht Mitspieler in den hier "aufgeführten Komödien zu bleiben suchte.
