While all of these can't be prevented, many can be or at least their effects minimized.Hygiene and groomingMany seniors don't do as good as job as they should in this area. Taking care of your skin, teeth, hand, feet and nails are just as important know as they were when younger. As a matter-of-fact more important as we age.
