- Plan shopping trips and write recipes. Write down foods and recipes that work best for your PCOS. For example buckwheat is considered beneficial to women with PCOS because it contains D-chiro-inositol, a substance that is deficient in women with PCOS. Other good foods for those with PCOS are sweet potatoes, grapes, etc.
- Write down your symptoms/history with PCOS. You can record your history and keep track of ongoing symptoms, journal about what treatments you have tried and keep track of your overall health.
- Pages to write about your doctor visits and outcomes of those visits. You can record when you visited the doctor, what you talked about, the doctors recommendations, and how you felt about the visit. You can even doodle and unwind after your visit.
