Thanks to the daily tracker sheets, you will be able to note your daily food intake as well as any medicines or supplements.
✔️PAIN MANAGEMENT DIARY
In the same daily tracker sheets, you will also be able to register your level of pain and type of symptoms related to endometriosis.

As part of the healing process through nutrition, you will be able to adapt and tailor your diet through your own experience. In the final section of the journal, you can write down your favourite recipes and dishes to support your endometriosis diet.
