And, if the refait of this difquifition (hall prove chem tobe erroneous, impracticable and fubverfwe of the ends of national fociety, as they, confefi'edly, include the principles on which he grounds his jufiification of the American refifiance, there can exifi but little reafon meal to dunoliih that edifice which he has thereon crea ed, The foundation being fapped, the whole fabric ne cefl'arily tumbles into ruin.
