D. Forbesii, n. Sp. Stems slender, wide-twining, shortly pubescent. Leaves alternate; petiole 715 - 1 in. Long; blade digitately compound; lea?ets 5, sessile, oblanceolate-oblong, obtuse, 1 - 2 in. Long, distinctly mucronate, moderately firm in texture. Male ?owers in shortly-peduncled geminate spikes with a slender very hairy rachis. Perianth campanulate, densely villose, 1-12th in. Long, subtended by an ovate-lanceolate acuminate bract a little shorter than the ?ower. Fertile stamens 6 filaments very short anthers globose. Rudimentary style very short. Female ?owers and capsule not seen.
