Watson and Mr. Robert Milne of the London Hospital, in removing obscurities and inaccuracies from the text, have rendered the Editor's task much easier. In the preparation of over one hundred and sixty illustrations for the text, the Editor gratefully acknowledges the valuable assistance of Mr. F. W. Jones, Dr. Balean, Mr. Alfred billinghurst, Dr. K. F. Lund, and Mr. W. R. M. Turtle.
