As a Nurse and a caregiver for my mom, I know all too well about how easily stress comes upon your body and mind. Throughout my Nursing and Coaching career, I've learned how to tap into my creativity to prevent or decrease my levels of stress. However, I also knew that whenever my creativity was blocked, I was the most stressed, and it became a struggle to tap back into my creativity. I learned to lean on the best part of my brain- which allows me to create. God has placed us here on Earth to simply create. Therefore, it is my belief that he didn't create us to live a stressful life or function in toxic environments.
So, I created a tool to creatively assist you with stress reduction by simply helping you be more aware. This book, "52 Weeks of Mindfulness", was created for the inner creator within you. This guided, artistic exercise will leave you in a more relaxed state than before you started. It will also help you become more aware of yourself, your actions, activities, and your surroundings. Make some time for yourself and increase your creativity, awareness, and level of peace- which is mandatory to help you thrive in your home or your workplace.
