Noah joined scouts to find big adventures. Instead, he finds himself in a troop of boys who are irritated by his frequent-flyer miles to fantasy land. What will it take for him to be accepted as one of the guys? But it's not the other boys in the troop who may cut his scouting career short. The scoutmaster is moving, and without a new scoutmaster, their troop will have to disband. And that's not the only thing threatening their existence. In the middle of their last district scouting competition, they realize they're the only scouts who haven't turned into zombies. They expected to battle their rival troop and put their scouting skills to the test this weekend, but they never imagined they'd be in a battle for their lives. Travel from ancient to Maya to present day Texas and camp out with a group of dysfunctional scouts who realize they're the world's only hope to stop the zombie apocalypse.
