According to the odd little girl, Effie Meadows was not supposed to be here in the first place. An event much larger than either of the two of the two men looms on the horizon, intertwining them in chaos, and setting the pair on a path toward their own destruction while trying to stop the designs of seven children who have infiltrated our world with malicious intent.
