Section 3. A member of. The National Society not having belonged to any other Chapter, must be endorsed by two members of the Can ton Chapter, and must send her endorsed application to the Registrar She must be elected by the Board of Management as any other applicant. Section 4. An applicant who is already a member of a Chapter. Must send to the Registrar the formal transfer card, as prescribed by the National Society, endorsed by one member of the Canton Chapter, and accompanied by a copy of her membership papers.
