Episodes 1-6 from the second season of the animated superhero series. The mutants known as the X-Men are genetically gifted human beings with superpowers. As well as being the next link in human evolution, they are also the world's most feared and persecuted minority. An elite team that includes Cyclops, Jean Grey, Beast, Rogue, Gambit, Jubilee, Storm and Wolverine, the X-Men fight for mutant rights against a hostile government, while at the same time protecting mankind from Magneto, a mutant supremacist who seeks to destroy the human race in revenge for the atrocities committed against mutantkind.
