Publisher's Synopsis

An epic tale of destruction and reconstruction written for children by children. Wutong Zakameeniat has a powerful machine made for him by the town's engineers. He then uses his machine to wreak havoc in the town, leaving a trail of destruction. Can the superhero Aladin-Man stop Wutong before he causes too much damage and destroys the town? This story was developed by a six-year-old and a four-year-old through their play together. They were using Lego which explains why the focus is on destruction and reconstruction. As the children played and narrated the story they were creating, the editor simply wrote it down. The children were asked to fill in any gaps and where the gaps were not satisfactorily filled, the editor embellished the story a little bit. The result is an adventure story that is primarily about the disadvantages of behaving like a hooligan. Although there is some fighting and a couple of characters do get hurt, the focus is on recognising that fighting isn't very helpful and that kind constructive behaviour is better.
