The economical, square ground-form of the kindergarten built in Koblach in 1998 by Gunter Wratzfeld is exclusive in itself in its surroundings, and the wall design by contemporary artist Willi Kopf underlines even more the attitude of this architecture. It does not aim to offer prefabricated, beautiful spatial images, but the elementary qualities of building and spatial art are designed to fulfil specific tasks. Introductory texts, photographs, plans and views present the building, which provides a modern emphasis for the community of Koblach.
