Publisher's Synopsis
The first four chapters of this novel are based on the experiences of the author on being selected by the IAEA to review the Chernobyl accident. It gives a short version of the author's assessment of the accident. The rest of the novel is invented by the author as if the intent was to create a means to invoke accidents in other water cooled nuclear plants.
