Publisher's Synopsis
Reverend Armand Prentiss, using a genre created by C. S. Lewis in The Screwtape Letters, brings us behind the curtain to see the ongoing work of Satan in attacking today's youth. Reverend Armand Prentiss hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has worked his entire adult life with children: teaching, coaching, and pastoring elementary and high school children. He is currently the administrative pastor of Assembly Christian Center and ministers the mid-week services. In addition to his pastoral roles, Pastor Armand and his wife, Lonie, oversee Assembly Christian School, which serves Pre-K through 12th grades. Armand has served on staff at Christian Life Academy (Baton Rouge) and Bethany World Prayer Center (Baton Rouge). He has degrees from LSU and Missouri State University. In addition, he attended Central Bible College, where he studied Bible and Theology. Lonie, his better half, has a degree in Dietetics and received the Lord here at ACC. She serves in the hospitality ministry, providing meals for funerals and extended times of sickness among members of the church. They have raised four children: Grace, Evan, Anne, and David, who are all active in serving the Lord. These days, they are enjoying being grandparents of two toddlers, Amelia and Oliver.
