From the beginning of time mankind has searched for the answers for his existence. In his struggle to survive the pain of life and death, man has developed a hope for a release from his agony here on earth, a hope in the afterlife. Over the centuries this hope has slowly grown into various beliefs, beliefs which were to evolve and create the various religions in existence throughout the world today. With mankind's great diversity however, came conflict and struggle. War after war has been fought over philosophical or theological disagreements along with racial tension and border disputes. Generations of war and hate have riddled mankind's history and continue even today. Where there is no war, there is still conflict politically and intellectually over religious and philosophical differences throughout the world. These are issues that have been raised and fought over for centuries and are the heart of mankind, the forsaken gods.
