What happens when the Gods abandon the realm they promised to protect?

The Gods War has ended with neither side the victor. The Gods have stripped the mortal world of their magic, leaving all who live on earth to survive in the aftermath of their war with the Devils. Demons still roam freely and strange beasts still prowl in the wilderness. Thanks to a legend told by his grandfather, Jakob embarks on a quest to find the mythical Child of Prophecy. The child of the Devil (Alvarome) and the Goddess (Kiramess). The legend tells that the childs magic was locked away by the Gods and Devils, leaving him powerless in the Mortal Realm. The Gods and Devils alike fear the power that the child might wield and fear he would turn on all divine life. Jakob travels the world with his friend Feya (a Faerie) to find the child in hopes he might return magic back to the Mortal world. The pairs journey becomes more complicated as they learn the truth about the Gods and what really happened in the world so long ago.
