Publisher's Synopsis
The tongue expresses what is in the heart. The tongue communicates character. Wisdom shows us the proper use of the tongue. Wisdom uses different words to convey its meaning. We will note the following words: tongue, speech, lips and mouth. Wisdom shows both sides of the tongue, negative and positive. We see the tongue as wise, choice silver, a tree of life, health, knowledge, kind and caring; or as foolish, lying, flattering, perverse, naughty, mischievous, wicked, backbiting, slanderous, deceitful and of little worth! Actually, the wise man listens more than he speaks. He uses his God-given faculties in proportion: two ears, one mouth. Those who are wise listen to God and also to others that speak wisdom. What will your speech consist of, Wisdom or foolishness?
