Publisher's Synopsis
The chief goal of these wine and food pairing sheets is to allow the neophyte wine consumer to easily find a wine with features the consumer finds appealing. Then, multiple food choices perfectly pairing with that wine are suggested. We intentionally kept these cheat sheets non-pedantic and present no esoteric wine-geek theories. The cheat sheets are transportable to your favorite restaurant or wine supplier, unlike the 400-500 page reference works we always keep close at hand. There is a heavy emphasis on the wines of North America because once these are well-known to you and you are comfortable pairing those wines with your choice for lunch or dinner, then you can spread your wings across the Atlantic, to a whole new word!
