"Wildlife Legislation" shows the evolution of Irish wildlife law by tracing its progression from the Wildlife Act 1976 through to the Wildlife Amendment Act 2001. The book is divided into two parts. The first part consists of a series of commentaries based on the legislation, which comprises the appendices and it takes a comprehensive look at all legal aspects of Irish wildlife legislation. Part II consists of a series of annexes comprising the texts on which the commentaries are based.
